The DRA – “Design Review Agency” has given Massimo Modular full approval meeting the Texas Industrialized Building Code. Meeting R1 Hotel / AirBNB, Single Family, and ADU classifications. Massimo Modular has broke the mold when it comes to building standards for Tiny Homes and Prefabricated Homes. DRA reviews all designs, plans, specifications, calculations, compliance control programs, on-site construction documentation or specifications, and other documents as necessary to assure compliance with the mandatory building codes in accordance with the interpretations, instructions, and determinations of the State, City, or County. Massimo Modular has filed its approved plans for quick approval in California, Oregon, Washington, and North Carolina where there are ongoing projects in development with more states to follow in the coming Quarter.

Canton Ranch in Canton, Texas has officially broke ground for early summer completion for a new 20 unit Air BNB. First starting with 12 units, after receiving a overwhelming response from potential clients, the facility was expanded from 12 units to 20 units. The first round of units are schedule to ship an install within 30 days. This facility will feature a pool, hot tubs, water front, and ranch style feel. With many activities nearby this is truly going to be an amazing resort. More details to come.

Going into CES Massimo Modular had one of the newest products at the show and its always a nail biter. What will be the reception, will people love it, or do you go home disappointed? It turned out that Massimo Modular had one of the busiest booths at the show with an estimated 20,000 people stepped put inside our Massimo Modular house! Buyers and developers from all over the world were working to get estimates to get deposits going the following week. It was a larger outcome than we could have ever expected! With our Tiny Home or ADU being the one of the only DRA Approved homes in the USA and built to the highest USA standard, it is clear Massimo Modular is here to stay and grow!
