A new lakeside resort is coming to Lake Ray Hubbard in Garland Texas. The land is located at the water’s edge across the highway from Bass Pro Shops and Primo’s Tex Mex Grill. The property will feature unique Tiny Home villas as well as an attached hotel on the property complete with multiple pools. Nearly half of the Villas will be directly water facing with many of the villas to feature private attached areas with hot tub/tiny wading pool and lounging area with upper patio decks. Project target is to break ground summer of 2023 and finish no later than spring of 2025. This will be a great addition to the area and community to allow people amazing weekend getaways as well as be the first of its kind, lake side private villa getaway in Dallas/Fort Worth.
